Mdma help and advice

Hi there ive just got 2g of mdma and was wondering how much i should take? I was told to wrap it in a rizzler and swallow it... i have crystals so is it best to crush them up? Im about 16 stone so do i need more as im a bigger chap?? Thank you

First of all, unless you made it yourself, do not trust the source that it is really a racemic 3,4-MDMA and that it is good or uncontaminated racemic 3,4-MDMA.
Have it tested, because now the market is flooded with bad "MDMA", see this thread for details.
There are 23 "MDMA"-like substances that cannot even be distinguished by basic professional lab analytic techniques. See this thread.

If you have the good MDMA then 120mg should be sufficient for a bigger chap.
If you have the bad MDMA then you might not feel anything even with 150mg or you will have a "Mongy" experience and your pupils will not dilate fully like on the photo below:
