Mental Health Dry mouth, sore throat feeling comes and goes? Due to anxiety?

Has anyone dealing with anxiety ever had the symptoms of a sore throat? Constantly coming and going? I started dealing with anxiety back in June and I didn?t start feeling this sore throat feeling until maybe December? It comes and goes. My mouth is always dry and I?m getting this ridiculous feeling of throat cancer which is not a medical history in my family. Just wanted to ask around?
