What's a good way to take norcos and Adderall together

Like what times should I take them to make them last longer. I have 30mg norcos and 80mg Adderall. I work 5am-3pm Would like to be on it at work but don't exactly need to high right when I get to work
 
Sounds like a waste of both tbh. Why would you want to do this?
