????I have tried mixing amphs and gabapentin a few times but I still can?t get out of bed (on this combo right now).
????I?ll continue browsing for ideas, but do any of you have experience with this?
????I?m considering getting a small amount of phenibut but I?ve been addicted before to it and it sucked getting off as well.
????Nothing else is bad but being unable to get up.

Try immodium, aka loperamide. It is sold at any pharmacy as an anti-diarrheal. Meaning that it induces constipation.

This should help with some of the symptoms. It's a very strong (high affinity for opiate receptors) drug that is also too big to cross the blood brain barrier (BBB). So it won't get into your brain, it won't get you high, but it should be able to help your body deal with a sudden lack of opiate use.

I have personally had decent help using this chemical for opiate withdrawal, but it doesn't fix every problem. Others have reported it working to completely alleviate withdrawal symptoms (except the desire to get high). It should definitely help cold restless limbs and cold sweats, anyway. But again it doesn't completely fix the problems. It will likely make withdrawal easier to deal with, though.

Best of luck.

Oh... Two things... Immodium / loperamide is an opiate. It just doesn't cross the BBB so it can't get you high. This is why it helps with opiate withdrawal.

Second... Kratom is a great and legal fix for most opiate withdrawals. If you were a heavy heroin injector then it won't be able to completely fix the problem. But it is a decently strong opioid and legal to purchase / possess in most countries. And it has a long history of use and study so you can figure out any problems you may run into if you become heavily addicted. It's a great leaf with many uses. And having to eat leaves to use it makes it much harder to abuse. (though I have strongly abused for near a decade it and subsequently had to quit. Here is a post I made about my kratom addiction and the problems it caused, if you're interested. ( http://bluelight.org/vb/threads/826...e-kratom-addiction-(8ish-years-use-4-5-daily)

Edit: buy kratom online and not from head shops. It will cost you far less and be far more effective / fresh.

I'm right there with you ? Can't even move. Sucks so bad. I'm just taking some sleep medicine and that's it. I don't want to get dependent on anything. I did try kratom and it does help but i didn't like it.

Depending on why you didn't like kratom there are options. Many people only like it as a tea, so you don't have to eat the leaves.

Alternatively you can make a huge batch of "tea", evaporate the water, and be left with a whole lot of crude kratom extract. Toss and wash seems to get more use out of a kilogram for me, but the difference is pretty minimal.

Then one won't have nausea issues unless they dose too high for their tolerance.

Be very, very careful w/ lope, and research first.

there are plenty of non-narcotic RX medications to help, and a whole thread (or () dedicated to the subject

Otc, there are not as many options- would mix the anphetamines, though, seems terrible in wd

Hydroxyzine, if you are in a country where it is otc

If you need to get out of bed and go to work or something I dont think theres much you can do aside from more opiates or maybe kratom. If you just want to feel a bit better/ get some sleep theres plenty of options. Benzos. Loperamide. DXM. Clonidine.

I?ve heard to take Lyrica to help come off Heroin that it helps tremendously. I just don?t know when to start taking it or how much. Do I take before the wd?s start or after. I know once you take it it takes two hours or so to start working. I also need to know how much to take. Any help will be greatly appreciated! I?m sick of this life and so ready to be back to normal!! Thanks!

I'm a chronic pain patient (have been for more than 20 years), and have panic disorder that stretches back even longer, so I have been on the opioids/benzos/alcohol combo for decades. In my experience, you have to treat a problem with a problem. I did the heroin thing for 21 years (while taking my prescribed opioids and benzos), and in my experience, while it's probably better to have the benzos than not, they do very little for my opioid WDs unless mixed with alcohol. I have no idea what your tolerance level, opioid/opiate experience, personal body chemistry, etc...... is like so I can't say for certain. I can tell you what helps for me.

I have to have the Xanax (RXd 8mg daily for years) anyway, so I can take double digit milligram doses and feel nothing. If you don't take benzos regularly they may help. I would try getting some methadone or Suboxone and tapering, even if you have to street buy them. If you can't find methadone and subs, get some opioid prescription pain meds and do a really slow, gentle taper. That is the best way I have found in decades of heavy use of every opioid/opiate under the sun (including lots of heroin and fent/fent analog usage) along with heavy benzo use. Most people would say avoid the opies because they will "set you back" and the benzos just create another problem. IME, Kratom is a health food joke for people with heavy, real deal, long standing opie tolerances. Most disagree, but that has been my experience with even the enhanced red vein strains like Bali/ultra enhanced indo, borneo, etc...... It did jack shit, even with the stuff from highly rated vendors in large doses, using tea, toss and wash, any ROA. My advice is to get opies, benzos, and alcohol, use them in doses you can easily handle (enough to make you comfortable), and taper from there very slowly. I'm anticipating the "you give bad HR advice" comments. Fuck 'em, I'm a very experienced user of these drugs for many years and have been where you are many time. I'm simply telling you what I have found works. Oh, almost forgot, do you need these drugs legit or recreationally? If you need them and can get them RXd, why come off them? I quit heroin years ago but still live on roxys and xannys by necessity (and the nasty chronic pain and panic disorder are lifelong for me. There is no cure, only treatment, affirmed by multiple pain specialist Drs and Psychiatrists). I choose the meds to give me quality of life, better mobility, and calmness from the panic/anxiety that are always present.

Hey LH, might want to get a couple more days under your belt and bring the amps in when your able to function a little better. Amps in the early stage can compound the misery 18 hours later with the comedown on top of the blahh.

The folks in The Dark Side and Sober Living have some good withdrawal threads if your looking for more support and less "just use more ops" posts. Or the w/d megathread here in OD as well as the Kratom threads if that strikes your fancy.

Anyways the best of luck to you and godspeed with the recovery.

The taper approach is working. Kept trying to replace it with other drugs and end up too tired in a bad way or too stimulated. My mood is brightening up quiting the others :)
