Hooked on Heroin or having trouble finding life

Hi I?m 36 and at a point in my life where I don?t know whether to give up or move on...
Had a 6 month run with snorting Heroin and when got sober it was so real
Don?t know what to do

Yeah, as above, how are you feeling? To be honest I'd rather be having trouble finding life but with the possibility to actually discover one, than stuck in a heroin addiction
