Opiate withdrawal

Hey guys. I have been on and off opiates for about 13 years now. I've suffered the withdrawals several times. This time I've been back on for a little over a year.. perks.. Roxie's.. dros... Last one was last Thursday. Was started on tramadol thinking it would help with the WD. Took them for 5 days little less each day. None yesterday and I'm WD pretty bad.. hardly slept.. rls..hot and cold .. sneezing.. when is this going to get better?
