Mental Health Pregabalin and Diazepam.

I'm curious, I've been using Diazepam 10mg as needed. Prescribed for me and monitored by my Psychiatrist. However, I'm wondering if Pregabalin might be an alternative which isn't as addictive. What's the general consensus on here about Pregabalin. Appreciate any thoughts. Of course with regards to the Diazepam if it works why fix it.
