I am in desperate need for pain relief but will also write up reports is well.

I am looking for pain killers that are OTC in any country (most likely if your country has it so will mine)...

I am not looking for Opiates or DXM.
The drug does not need to be psychoactive.

So far I have:
Diphenhydramine (sodium channel blocker)
Got any more please?.

Sekio is right, but he hasn't closed the thread yet - so...

If you aren't afraid of constipation, and also are not detoxing off opioids, and ALSO have no heart issues - THEN I recommend the following for complete pain relief.

20mg loperamide, 2000mg acetaminophen, 50mg diphenhydramine, 60mg dextromethorphan (WAY below a "recreational" dose) and 440mg naproxen sodium.

All are safe in conjunction. If you have heart issues, nix the loperamide. If you have severe high blood pressure, nix the loperamide AND naproxen - then replace naproxen with 600mg ibuprofen and reduce diphenhydramine to 25mg.

Good luck :)
