can heroin be turned into crystal?

So my friends fish has been worried about the side hes been picking up. Going all crazy and saying silly things like the side he gets is actually heroin. His glass looks alright and so do the crystals, everything looks fine but he's sure it's not what what he's after. Im just wondering if it's possible he could be right at all.

Yeah that is definitely not possible. Also we use the first person here, my friends fish doesn't protect you at all

Pure heroin can be an off-white to white crystal/powder but it looks nothing like methamphetamine
