so confused

how do i become able to post to forum discussions and such? as of now i believe i may only read threads but am not allowed to post a response or start my own thread? is this correct? its very possible i am totally wrong with all of this and have just not educated myself enough on the topic of how this site works...desperate and apparently a little lazy..please help

Hey lola, you should be able to start a thread in most of the forums. Can you see a 'new thread' button anywhere when you go into, say, basic drug discussion (it should be to the top left)?
