Sounds like a surefire vote winner.
It's obvious with the recent bombardment of alleged sexual harassment stories in the news media that there is a creeping move towards regulating people's sexual behaviour and attitudes. Eventually you'll need government approval (a license) before you're allowed to have children and no doubt eventually every "citizen" will have to fulfill certain requirements regarding income, heath, political affiliations etc. It's Agenda 21.
