Trying to get off iv

Ok, iv been iv'ing dilaudid 4 mg's for about 3 years now. When i run out i use heroin. I recently had surgery and the meds they gave me didnt even touch me due to high tolerance. Plus a busy body rn saw a track mark and proceeded to tell everybody that im a drug addict, (the bitch) anyway, im trying to stop shooting and all my rigs were thrown away by my bf...im still getting the dillies but i know that taking them orally is a waste, but what is a good alternative? Is snorting any good?? Or is plugging better?

Insuflattion seems to have a higher bioavailability, but I don't know what they might put in the pills, like talc. However, if you're IVing them I'm sure fillers would have been a problem with that route as well.
