Was re-upping on some of my overall health supplements today and was curious what everyone has in their daily regimen or the things they can't go without. For me it's -

Supplements
BCAAs
Glutamine


Overall health
Pregenolone
Fish oil
Tumuric/bioperine
Zinc
Vitamin c
Vitamin d
Oregano oil
Berberine

Other
Fiber


Not comprehensive, mostly just staples for the most part...probably forgetting some
 
I used to have a long list, but gradually eliminated just about as much as I could. I don't take all these every day, and I've no doubt I forgot a few:

Curcumin (Novasol)
Fish oil
Eve Prim oil
Vit D
Zinc
Raw cacao
Psyllium husks
Magnesium
Folic
Ashwagandha
Taurine
Glutamine
Phosphatidylserine
 
Fish oil
Multivitamin
Taurine
Royal Jelly

I also use lower doses of weed and kratom regularly.

That's it right now. Used to take a ton of stuff. I may have to look at the stuff on your lists and see if I can find any of it for cheap.

I have wanted to experiment with nootropics for a while but just cannot bring myself to spend the money.
 
Allergy meds because the Midwest sucks.
