I want to do LSD again, but scared of a bad trip

Last time I did LSD I went to jail while i was high, and my entire life changed after that. It was unsettling, kind of scary, and I didn't completely understand what was happening when I came down.

I want to do it again with my girlfriend, but I'm scared it won't turn out well for me. Also, my girlfriend hasn't taken psychedelics before.

How should I approach this?8(

Get a trip sitter to watch you guys while you trip. Don't go out in public, make sure this sitter is a person you trust very well. Maybe get some Xanax to be a parachute, if you start having a really bad trip take the Xanax and it will calm you down and soften up the trip.
