Mental Health Agitated Mania

I've used all the drugs out there and I'm starting to think people like me do this due to "mixed states" or "agitated mania". Basically showing symptoms of mania and depression simultaneously. For instance I can put my headphones on and exercise and be on top of the world thinking of all these great things I want to do, and when I'm done be agitated and not want to do anything which is really bothersome to experience on a daily basis. Has anyone had success treating this?

Hmmm. This really is a topic that you should broach with a prescriber. It really sucks, because we would love to help you and give you proper advice, but doing so over the internet, when dealing with potentially severe mental illness, is a little irresponsible.

Do you have a psychiatrist OP? Do you feel that you may be Bi-Polar?
