Hey! So got sum tablets for a rave (blue punishers) which ive take before at a festival about 5 weeks ago. They have a research chemical in them call 4-MPH so didnt even get close to sleep till the following day. So this time around ive got some valium. Just wondering when its safe to take? Can i take it as soon as i get in even if im still flying or should i wait a few hours? Probz be about 2/3 hours since i last took anything before i take the valium. Thanks.

so long as you haven't been drinking or hitting any other downers, the Valium should be perfectly safe to take when you want to come in for a landing.
4F-MPH, although not that widely studied - isn't a million miles from Ritalin really, they share similar pharmacological profiles.
Some people are prescribed both Ritalin and Valium..
So yeah no worries there as far as I can see.
