I have a deviated septum and asthma, I never feel like I get enough oxygen when I'm at rest. And when I sleep I almost always out of breath in my dreams, like my dreams literally consist of scenerios that involve me and my lack of breath hindering whatever I'm trying to do in the dream.

I take 1.5mg of klonopin and smoke small amounts of marijuana. In pretty good shape. I am afraid I'm going to die in my sleep. And I have absolutely experienced sleep paralysis for a few minutes a couple of times, but not in a while. Anything I can do besides use nasal strips, to help my breathing while I'm asleep?
