I am in the early stages of attempting to make some positive changes to my lifestyle, I'll tell you this much, I do not feel so well.
It's great to be here! If anyone has any questions for me/about me, feel free to ask. My life is basically an open book, and I believe that if only one person learns from my struggles and it prevents them from going down that road, then all I have been through was worth it.
