DhC dosage

Hey, looking for advice on safe dosage of DHC. Someone I know has a high tolerance to them and uses around 700mg tbh for a reasonable high. They dont use it every day, it takes 3 days in beteeen to even get a high :/
Wondering if these doses are super big as i cant find topics on such large anounts.
