How have the oxy potentiators done for you?

I take 600 mg of the Tagamet and 30 mg of DXM with grapefruit an hour before my dose of oxy. I'm looking to try and keep my tolerance at bay. Not reduce it etc because that's a challenge , even though there are ways, without quitting. But like, for you guys that also potentiate your oxy dosage. What would you say it does? I can say with what I do , as stated above, it makes 70-80 mg feel like my 100-110- mg dose of oxy.

I enjoy taking some tums, hydroxyzine/diphenhydramine/promethazine before some opiates. Also drinking grapefruit juice. I'd say DXM works as I've used a syrup containing both DXM and promethazine before to potenante it but I wouldn't use too much DXM as I'm more sensitive to it's effects.
