When are they going to open a pot shop in Massachusetts

They legalized pot like a year ago and still no shops in the whole state. I'm right on the border and have been waiting for what seems like forever for one to open. They have some shops there but for some reason they are all still medical. Why?

On the news, they said hopefully one will be open by July of next year

The puritans who run the state are doing everything they can to slow the bill we the people voted for down. I have a feeling the shops will be prohibitively expensive from excess taxation so I will still be buying on the street or the medical shop (which is expensive but the bud is excellent.)
