The Australian Psychedelic Society (Sydney) is proud to present our first official screening of A New Understanding: The Science of Psilocybin as part of the 920 Coalition events. Held around the world each year on 20th September, the coalition is focused on research and the role that psychedelic psilocybin mushrooms play in our society and health care system.

In our submission to the Victorian Government's inquiry into drug law reform, we called on the state government to (at the very least) decriminalise the possession and use of psychedelic substances, including psilocybe mushrooms.
The committee is due to report on its findings in March 2018.
You might know someone who has never had a problem with psychedelics until a police officer decided that their possession of psychedelics indicated that they are a potentially harmful person, needing punishment.
We want to hear these stories and we'll begin by sharing some on September 20th. Come along. Find the others.
