G,day Aussie come across 2boxes of 5x 50mg/1ml dilaudid .

im on 160mg of MS Contin twice a day an am wondering how much of a vial to use either in a 1 ml siringe Iv or im
wondering also should I take my normal morph dose with that as well, read all about the pills but. Nothing about the vials.

Yes they changed it. It's definitely 100% 50mg/ml. Used to be 50mg/5ml oh an it's Dilaudid HP to

Given the dose I'm on 160 MS Contin twice a day slow release which does nothing euphoric, how much Iv or I'm do you think I should use out of a ampule at a time

Do you IV anything? IV hydromorphone is quite powerful. As little as 0.5mg can be effective at relieving pain and from what I understand has a nice rush. Consult and opioid conversion chart to be sure.
