Determined.

Determined to stay off of Adderall. Haven't touched it for about 2 months now. I feel incompetent many times a day, but I won't get another script and go down that rabbit hole. It's deadly.

It's good to remember that whatever difficulty you're facing is only temporary. You're stronger than you know.

I've been having some good days lately. Gotta take the highs with the lows. A much needed boost came when the Chinese delivery guy said I look beautiful today. lol
