Anxious - I have my first appointment with a pain specialist today. Don't know what to expect.

Sore - get pain meds in 4hrs 15 minutes. The countdown is on!
 
Overwhelmed

Just started obsessing... thoughts of suicide.
This hasn't happened in a long time and I'm scared and feel there's noone i can trust.
Trying to hold shit together until panic stops but i feel so pathetic. I'm not good with this. :(

I just got off the phone with someone i was lucky enough to find, and poured my heart out for two hours, I'm very hormonal atm and everything came to a crecendo. Panic abated now thank krist.
