It's been my dream for years to move to Central America, particularly Nicaragua and I was only a few months away from it coming to fruition but just discovered my dream may be dead.
I've been prescribed morphine for about the last 20 years, too much pain, can't function without it and just discovered u can pretty much forget about Dr's prescribing it down there.
Devastated, it occurred to me if I can get heroin I'd be good to go. I've taken it many times as either a supplement or replacement for my morphine.
Does anyone know how hard it is to find in Central America, preferably Nicaragua but any Central American country
