That's a really terrible situation to be in, and I'm sorry to hear it... seems like this kind of situation is all too common. I'm afraid that we can't help you with finding a doctor who will prescribe what your husband needs, as, broadly, the discussion of how to acquire drugs (prescription or otherwise) is disallowed here.
