I'm perscribed 20ir and 20xr but I usually only take when I work. I drive a forklift. The shift is 5am-4:30. 25 minute break at 8. 35 minute breakat 12:30. I don't even take it when I first wake up I usuallly take one at 8 on my first break and then I don't really feel anything so I take another one like an hour later. Anybody have a better plan for how to make it last the majority of the day
