what do I do or am I to expect after swallowed a gram of ICE

Swallowed a gram of ICE pretty sure cut with bath salts 6 days ago still going through symptoms eyes go back and forth dialated along with my heart feeling like its going to pop out of my chest for like 30 mins then I'll be calm feel sober then spikes back up again. I haven't passed the bag ive eaten slept gone to the bathroom no more paranoia or hallucinogens.....any idea when this will stop?! Or how much damage did I do to myself?
