I have been trying to distract myself. So who else saw NASA is sending a tweet to space to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Vogeur?
Also to communicate with aliens. We are able to vote on what it says!

How does one send a tweet to space? A tweet exists on the Internet which is distributed among many physical machines on the Earth. The Internet, or our Internet anyway, doesn't exist in space beyond the distance a wireless connection could be made to Earth.
