Brown rock heroin

i just got some heroin in a rock , i crushed it up
to snort , then it turned all sticky , could not do anything with it
is there any way to turn it back to powder , first time i have i ever come across this stuff

But seriously how do you know what you got is even heroin. I've heard of sticky speed but never smack like that
