Great way to clean pipe especially if you have no smoke ashes!

Found a cool, cheap, easy way to clean them as if they were brand new. I start with 91% alcohol(soak in alcohol if really burnt badly) and a q-tip to get off what I can easily, and a paper clip to carefully scratch some of the black spots off. Then with an alcohol dipped q-tip, I dip the tip in ajax and get it in the bowl. Run the ajax all over the inside of the bowl and use the grains of the ajax to get the tough spots off. This is similar to the smoke ashes but it is much faster and better as when you are done with the ajax inside the bowl and rinse thoroughly, dry off with q-tips. It will look absolutely as if you just bought it. Be sure to rinse well and dry with either q-tips or I have used cotton gauze, especially for the stem.
