Question about sending PM to multiple users

I'm so sorry to have to ask because I've seen it before, but how do you separate multiple usernames when sending a PM to them?

(I've used the search engine and read a lot of support posts. ).

There's an option in the mobile phone to change it to desk top or full desk (different settings), I don't remember precisely what word that is. But once you change it, just make sure you enlarge your letter size.
