Tryin to stop.percs

Indeed lol. Sleep is essential.. I was wondering... Obviously you're passed the w/ds (physically), but how you holding' up mentally? Still urges? If so do u have any triggers? For me, my mind set after the w/d is the true challenge, imo.
 
Ussually my back pain says you need some but then i dont..i have had a bottle of the here 30 days and havent taken any
 
well had back surgery they had more takin 90 mgs of hydros the cut me to 45 mg...ive only taken em 3 weeks so i hope it goes smootn
