I can't feel ambien after a long break

I haven't had a script in a while. Usually with a break 10mg is enough to get a pleasurable buzz. This time I took 50+ mg the first night in effort to get buzzed. Something must be inhibiting the enzyme. I also take cymbalta, lamictal, gabapentin, and baclofen. This sucks! I'm wasting all my ambien. It used to have me wasted.
