Speed rash

Hi..new to posting on this site but have been reading for months! I've heard a few things about speed rash...can anyone tell me if it looks similar to poison ivy rash? I have what I thought was poison ivy on both wrists on the inside. I've been snorting meth regularly for last few months. The last kind seems a lot more potent then started with what I thought was poison ivy until I read some posts. Anyone?
 
One possibility is histamine. Histamine makes you turn red. Another is simply your taking too much and your body isnt doing its normal rest digest and repair that keeps your skin looking healthy. It takes alot of energy to keep the skin moisturized if your basically putting your body in a state of emergency its not gunna care about your skin because it thinks ur in immediate danger.
