After effects on 5th day of epill - Felt a rush while driving

I had one whole pill (no idea of how much mg it was) 5 days ago and was fine until yesterday. Yesterday, I was driving and i suddenly felt the rush with my heart started pounding (same feeling i had after the comedown), i immediately stopped and bought a Powerade, I had it and felt light headed for an hour or so and was fine after that. After a good sleep off the night i felt normal until i started driving for work the next day, felt the rush again but less intense, but this time i kept my cool and heart beat was normal, felt light headed for couple of hours at work.

Is it normal to feel this way ? What triggered this after 5 days of having it all of a sudden ?
