Ten Alprazolam 2mg tabs. How to safely use/taper down?

Hey guys!
First post here. I have 10 2mg bars currently and wanted to seek some advice on safely using recreational and also how I should plan them out to taper down and avoid withdrawals.

I have been down this slippery rope of benzodiazepines and experienced the most horrific withdrawals of my life.

I would love your input!

If you have been through benzo withdrawals before, you don't want to go there again. Limit your usage to a couple times a week and don't use the Xanax frequently.

When was the last time you used benzos? If it's only been a few months then I would avoid because you could kindle yourself and throw yourself back into hellish withdrawals even from this short term use.

Benzos are one of the worst drugs imo
