Mental Health Possible to switch from zeldox to abilify? with out WD

Hey

I am on 40mg zeldox at morning and 40mg zeldox at night. 80mg total. Instead of lowering the dose down to zero. I get withdrawl BIG time just when lowering by 20mg. Just switch over to abilify. And what dose is about 80mg zeldox in abilify? Can it be done with out WD? It shall help as a mood stabalizor. Does it binds at the same recptors?
