34yr old male, good shape physically, but mentally dead inside.
Years of ssri and forced antipsychotic use has me mentally hollow.
Hoping to get some advice and experiences on this forum, particularry interested in cb2 agonism to upregulate my none existant 5ht2a activity.
Some minor success with panax ginseng, inositol and maca for spiritual and emotional recovery.
Have yet to try st johns wort though.
