Natural Products question

I apologize if this isn't allowed to be posted here as I'm still new. Also I posted this here because this seems like the most likely place to get a reliable answer to my question. Anyways, I used a website called Natural Products to buy some MHRB(not illegal if used for clothing dye aparently.) My question is has anyone used this website before? I am trying to figure out if its legitimate or a scam website because after I paid for the product the owner stopped answering my questions and now I cant get a hold of him. My order still says pending and I'm worried about it. Any help would be appreciated.
