This is my home ip no one else is using it so there is no problem if you ban this

I admit that I have real problem when it comes to internet forums I cant stop spending time on themn, might stay on htem 12h jsut can stop. Pleae ban me my ip and account :i ned help I hate this. I only troll and provoke other people. I rteally ask this, pleae I need to get rid of this, it ruins my days. Please I really ask.
