Given that the above are recommended for a peaceful exit, which is the better method?

Amitryptiline seems more peaceful yet Chloroquine quicker and more effective.

Any ideas from the medically minded/experienced?

You don't want your loved ones to live in terrible grief if you hurt yourself like that. Things are going to get better for you. There's nothing that says you can't be a happy person.
