Just tried Oolong https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oolong Mi Lan Dan Cong variety.

Tried it at a tea house. Firm 2nd favourite behind Matcha. Found it has a nice fruity flavour to it, but not overpowering, and a nice grassy after taste. Caffeine content minimal (i'm a sensitive little snowflake to caffeine and a slow metaboliser (DNA test proven)).
