Molly Passed Tests, How Certain Is It?

I just used Marquis, Mecke, Mandelin, and Simon's reagent tests to test a batch of molly. The sample passed all four tests very clearly, but I was wondering how certain I can be of these results, as I know reagent tests aren't absolutely accurate. How much can I rely on these results, and what other substances could pass these tests?

This is a good sign. Obviously the reagents aren't infallible but if it was sold as MDMA and it reacts as MDMA with 3 or more reagents the chances that it's MDMA are very high.

There could be a minor adulterant but this is really rare. You should still always start with a low dose of a new batch to be sure but I wouldn't be worried about it at all. Don't forget that MDMA itself is plenty dangerous enough so if you're being sensible with it then you'll already be accounting for most of the problems that reagents can't detect.
