Guanfacine (Tenex) 3 mg - extensive prior use - worked for stimulant panic attack

Wokeup after taking modafinil, amphetamine, and caffeine earlier with shakey cold hands, anxiety, racing heart, muscle tension and dysphoria. Let three mg disolve under tongue and feel lethargic and put of it with blurred vision. However, pounding heart gone, mucle tension greatly improved tremor signalificantly better, and overall i feel much better.

I feel like a zombie and its definitely not recreational but i feel much less impending doom and fpr that the trouble focusing is welcoming trade off. And, unlile bemzos for panic attacks i feel
Iike this feels adversive so i dont feel worried bout wanting to take it for a buzz. If anythings its a buzzkill.
