Been taking ambien for 6-8 months at 25mg a day. Its giving me too many side effects including depression. I need to let my gaba receptors heal, heard tramadol doesn't activate them. Was thinking of crossing over to tramadol for a few months while I abstain from the ambien and let my gaba receptors heals and from them work on tapering off tramadol as I've done in the past. I have a few ativans to ensure I don't have any seizures. What do you guys think?
