Naltrexone

I've been on Naltrexone for 3 weeks and yesterday I did about half a bag of dope. Stupid cause it didn't do a damn thing. But I wanted to know if I can continue taking the naltrexone. I don't want to go into any kind of withdrawal.

If you're taking naltrexone, you should be working a program. So basically, you're an idiot. Beyond that, wait minimum of 3 days before the next dose of naltrexone, to prevent the instant withdrawl effect.

I took 25 mg of oral naltrexone on Wednesday 11am felt slight withdrawals for one day tried using H 36 hours later and nothing so I'm wondering how long will I have to wait till I can feeling full effects?
