Took 2 purple tesla pills over the course of a night and was the first time i'd experienced real nasty symptoms from ecstasy the main one being this horrible discomfort in my chest which iv'e never had from mdma before! Has anyone else tried this pill or heard anything/experienced anything bad from it - because i'm really worried I ingested something that has caused some rather nasty damage!!!

There is no way anyone can give you information as to what you took. Tesla press has been compromised for nearly a year now. There have been many many copies. There maybe hundreds of differing tesla pills and colours around the globe. If you don't test before you take then you will always play Russian roulette. At least give yourself a fighting chance next time. Go buy one! Or send to a test centre.
