When Eminem, who certainly warrants mention on his own merits in this thread, rapped, "I'd rather see the president dead / it's never been said / but I set precedents," his boast was in vain: back in 1992, the much more obscure West Coast rapper Paris released a song explicitly detailing his fantasy of assassinating George (HW) Bush:

 
I forget who sings the originals, but Metallica covered "Last Caress" and "So What?" I remember those lyrics being edgy.

White Power music/RAC is not exactly known for the depth of it's songwriting, there are exceptions ...

Rahowa and Skrewdriver, two of the earlier and more important bands in the genre ... towards the end of their respective careers, some of their music became less sonically aggressive and more lyrical:

And there is Saga, a physically charismatic and reasonably talented vocalist, who's been called "the Swedish Madonna of the Far Right," who's first musical output was covering of these and other white power songs in a pop/more accessible style, she also has some of her own output, both overtly and non-overtly racialist/white-nationalist themed, but for a sample, her cover of the two above:

It's a pity he purposely recorded most of his music to to sound like shit. Dude had the potential to be a really great musician (he covers Warren Zevons Carmelita in the "hated" documentary and it's great) but he had those demons. He's more like performance art. The micro penis and shit throwing/eating can only get you so far.

pretty sure frank zappa is the reason tipper gore, allegedly, created the parental advisory label for albums with explicit language/themes

this is a fun watch, the television show crossfire featuring zappa....they debate free speech in music, the people arguing against zappa are probably rapists


not a huge fan of the man's talents, but an interesting rock pioneer for sure

Absurd is a German National Socialist black metal band,[4] and has been classified as a "right-wing extremist" group by the Thuringian Landesbehörde für Verfassungsschutz.[5]

The band was originally founded in Sondershausen by Hendrik Möbus (also known as - on the circuit and later on official Compact Cassette and later CD liner notes - as Randall Flagg / Jarl Flagg Nidhögg / JFN) and Sebastian Schauseil in 1992, with a third member, Andreas Kirchner, joining at a later stage.

Their lyrics concern nationalistic, pagan (Hendrik Möbus is the founder of the Deutsche Heidnische Front), pro-heathen revivalist Germanic, and anti-Judeo-Christian themes.

The band achieved infamy because its original members (now no longer in the band since 1999) murdered the 15-year-old Sandro Beyer in 1993. The canonical motive is that Beyer was privy to an illicit relationship of Schauseil's with a married woman, and had been spreading rumours about this and other activities of the band.[6] On 29 April in Sondershausen, the then-17-year-old band members Möbus, Schauseil, and Kirchner enticed Beyer to a meeting, and strangled him there with an electrical cord. Kirchner, in a now infamous quotation, was reported as saying: “Oh shit—now I’ve completely ruined my life.”[7] Schauseil claimed to have heard a voice in his head saying “Kuster Maier”, which made no sense but was interpreted by him as “töte Beyer” (‘kill Beyer’).[8]

Hendrik Möbus

In prison, Möbus (b. 1976[9]) was able to carry on with the band under the temporary name "In Ketten" (German for "In Chains").[citation needed] After the murder, this became a cult band with Neo-Nazi groups.[citation needed] No releases were made as 'In Ketten' but some of the tracks recorded were used on the 'Facta Loquuntur' album. The tape Thuringian Pagan Madness shows on its cover the grave of the murdered Sandro Beyer, and inside says: "The cover shows the grave of Sandro B. murdered by horde ABSURD on 29.04.93 AB".[10]
